Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

I keep popping on to see if anythings happening, the site seemed to have had domain change and I couldn't get on for ages, I just got directed to a holding page, its only when somebody pm'd me and I got an email notification I realised the site was still going.
I had to have the url sent to me as I couldn't find it, perhaps others are having the same issue, its a shame in the early days when we had a few blunts/owls and Terriers and couple of Boro lads and not forgetting our mighty West Yorks neighbours it was quite a laugh

Very similar to my own story DR. would pm others that used, but only one I know is "Vicar"

The problem is unless people have"email notification set up when pm'd" they'll never know there's a pm for them and without site access they wouldn't be able to read it anyway.

Don't know how to solve that one!

I was thinking more in terms of "Contacting them by PM" , if they used same forum name on say "VSC", which I know "Vicar" does.

Yes mate, Still in Ireland, Place called Ballaghaderreen ( that's balla hadreen ), In co Roscommon. Quite close to Mayo and Galway county boarders, hence the "Quiet Man" stuff.
